I had a client I spoke with about her fitness program and her diet...she was frustrated. Not because she wasn't seeing changes, but just not seeing them at the pace she expected.
Remember weight loss/fat loss is a process not an event. One meal does not define your diet, one workout does not define your program, and one day is just a part of the process.
There are no quick-fixes, there are no magic programs. You are in it for the "marathon not the sprint." Keep this in mind as you go through each day - if you are working out consistently and eating well, you WILL reach your goal...it is just a matter of time!
