January 1st is the Official Start of the "Resolution" Season, but let's be honest, it is hard to start resolutions on a Friday and go into the weekend. Today is really most peoples "Day 1"...this is the day life starts to look like it did a couple of weeks ago, but there is a new energy, a new vibe.
I hope you had the opportunity to plan out your week as to how you will "attack" your diet and fitness....but if not, it is never too late! Look at what you have ahead of you this week, be realistic with your schedule, and make a plan! Fail to plan, and plan to fail, right?
