Well, 2010 is just around the corner...wouldn't you like to "hit the ground running" instead of having the "holiday hangover" and taking 2 extra weeks to really get moving?
I see a lot of members are doing their workouts, and that makes me proud. If you are doing your workouts, doing the best you can with your diet, then you are on pace to start the New Year off right. If you are not, then you still have a chance to get out of the gates, but you have to start this week!
It is a busy week.
It is a week with an erratic schedule.
But take the time to initiate fitness...and you will thank me in the New Year. Maybe you get up on your day off, as if you were going to work - and go workout! Or if you get out early from work - go workout!
