I was listening to sports radio the other day, and the host was talking about the NFL and how teams, even the good ones, have a hard time stringing together 4 good games in a row....and these guys are the pros!!
It reminded me of the struggles I see in fitness, the frustrations people have with workouts and food. So it compelled me to write this blog.
You don't have to be perfect all of the time, and as a matter of fact you WON'T be perfect all of the time! Sometimes you have to step back and look at the big picture - how are you doing overall?
I have bad days. I eat poorly sometimes. But I have come to learn that tomorrow is another day, there will be another workout and another opportunity to do better.
Stay positive, and just like the pros, look at your overall "record", not just one "game."
